These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Varo, a photography studio review workspace for frame review, gear records, rig checks, and care notes.
License
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Varo according to these terms and the applicable App Store rules.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the review images, equipment details, notes, and other content you choose to add or process in the app. You should only use content that you have the right to use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Varo, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase delivery, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Studio Credits and Purchases
Varo offers optional in-app purchases for Studio Credit packs through the App Store. Studio Credits are used for AI-assisted frame review. Payments, receipts, and purchase approvals are handled by Apple, and available product pricing may be shown by the App Store at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
Varo, including its app design, text, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its materials to you.
Disclaimer
Varo provides tools for organizing and reviewing photography-related information. AI-assisted review results and frame notes are informational and may require your own judgment.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Varo.
Changes
These terms may be updated when app features, policies, or legal requirements change. Continued use of Varo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
